A good friend of mine, who is a swap meet master, found a roof rack for me at the Glendale swap meet. It is the same one that he has on his 1966 Impala wagon. I think it was originally used on a 1980’s vintage Chevy. It will need a few mods to allow it to fit the higher crown roof of my 1956 Dodge. It will have to be narrowed around 2-3 inches and the rear window air deflector wont work with my lift gate so I will need to find some way to dress the rear ends of the rack. It is long enough though!
