I pulled the new master cylinder out of the chassis, painted it and then did a bench bleed on it. Put it back in the chassis hooked up the brake lines and then bled them with a vacuum bleeder, slapped the wheels back on and Voila, I have a roller again!
Since I have a Vargas painting of Ava Gardner, who was another of my Back in the Day faves, I have decided to name the 40, Ava Gardner.
Tomorrow I will mate the engine and transmission and return them to the chassis. Then I will take off some time and do some yard work and help Michelle paint the inside of the house…
