Great news! I got a call from Lui on Wednesday telling me that he had finished upholstering the interior of the wagon and that it was ready to be picked up. I immediately called Wayne at Bell Glass to see if he could work me in this week and as luck would have it I could get the wagon into his shop on Thursday to have all the glass work done.

So bright and early on Thursday AM we beat feet down to the valley and picked up Paul & Steve from Paul’s shop and made it over to Lui’s to set eyes on the completed project.

Betty has new threads!

I cannot express how happy we are with the end result. The interior looks great, will hold up well and is very comfortable for some long haul cruising!

The wagon is now over at Bell Glass getting its windows installed properly. We should be heading down to the valley next week to pick her you and get her back home to finish up some last details before doing some traveling with her.

It has been a long trip, glad to see it coming to closure!
